Covid-19 Actions

Dear Valued Customers,

During this unprecedented time, we are following closely the developments of COVID-19 and are implementing in-store precautions to insure the health and safety of our customers and our employees.

We are going to take business one day at a time, so please pay attention to our Facebook and Instagram Pages, as we will be posting regular updates along with our open days and store hours.

If you are sick, we ask that you please not come into the store. If you need us, call us at (662) 890-3388. You may have to leave a message, but be assured, you WILL receive a return call.

We understand that a jewelry store is not a “necessity,” but we also realize that you may want to make a jewelry purchase for a special occasion, have a jewelry or watch repair, need a jewelry appraisal, or need a watch battery installed or watch band adjustment.

Regarding purchases, you may call us with what you are looking for, and we can get back with you with available in-store items and pricing. If we don't have the item in-store, we can conduct a search, e-mail you pictures, and give you vendor websites to shop by. We can process your credit card transaction payment via phone and can deliver your purchase to you curbside to minimize contact.

We will also continue taking in jewelry repairs. As a safety precaution, the item(s) taken in will need to be disinfected before being handled, so you will need to leave your item(s) with us so we can thoroughly follow that safety procedure before working up the estimate. After the estimate is worked up, you will receive a call to discuss what needs done and the pricing. Upon your approval, we will begin the work and will notify you when the job is ready for pick up. You may pre-pay for your repair via phone so we can deliver it to you curbside. Should you decide not to have the work done, it will be marked NO JOB and will be available for pick up/curbside delivery.

Items that are needing an appraisal for insurance purposes may need to be taken in to determine the appraisal fee. Upon your approval, we will proceed with the appraisal documentation and will notify you when it's ready for pickup. Appraisals are done in store and prepayment is available.

We will continue installing watch batteries and doing band adjustments, but, until further notice, we will not be providing those services while you wait. We will take in your watch so we can properly disinfect it (for our safety) before working on it and will return it to you later that day or the next business day. If a battery does not get your watch up and running, you will be notified and will have the option of allowing our watchmaker to work up an estimate to repair it. A pre-paid $40 estimate fee will be required for this service.

If you have items you want to sell ~gold, sterling silver, platinum, palladium, diamonds, gemstones ~ you must call to make an appointment as this service will be provided by appointment only. We will discuss our safety precautions and procedures during that phone call.
